Only
manufactured self contained RV’s
accepted.
All vehicles including RV’S must be in good condition,
both in appearance and mechanically.
Rates
All rates include electricity, water and
sewer. There will be an extra charge of $2.50 per day
for 50 amp service. If more than
two people are staying at the site, there will be a $2.00
daily charge for each additional person. A maximum of six
people allowed
per site.
Utilities
Each site
has 30 or 50 amp connections. 30 amp sites are for 30 amps only.
Adding a double cord to 30 and 20 amp receptacles is prohibited.
TV Cable
Coax connector on the side of electrical pedestal.
Sewer Connection
Standard 4” sewer line. The sewer
hose must be sealed to sewer receptacle with rubber
gasket or equivalent.
Laundry
Please do not leave clothes unattended, so
others may use the machines.
Showers
For registered guest only.
Electric heaters prohibited.
Freezing weather?
You must disconnect
your water hose to prevent the water hydrant from freezing.

Mail Messages
Please make your own arrangements
at the Hot Springs Post Office. General
Delivery. Management will
not accept personal
mail.
Modem Jacks
Operate on 800 numbers only
(no charge). One jack is located on pay
phone and one
in the
laundry room.
These two jacks
and the pay phone are on the same line,
and only one may be used at a time.. Please
be brief
if
there is
anyone waiting
to use the
phone.
Vehicle
Speed limit in the park is 5
miles per hour.
No car washing and no oil changing or
any other car repairs in the park please.
Dirt
bikes and
4 wheelers not allowed.
Parking
There will be no parking on
the streets. RV and your vehicles
may be parked
on your site.
See the manager
if extra parking
space is needed. No parking on vacant
sites.
Liability
Park at owners risk:
The park is not held liable for damages
or mishaps,
for persons
or personal
property
during your
stay at Cloud Nine Park.
Pets
Do
not allow pets to run free or disturb other campers. Keep
your pet on a
leash.
A dog walk is
provided at the
west end of the park. You must
pick up after them.
Soliciting: No soliciting in the
park or land adjoining the highway.
Quiet
Time
10:00 pm TO 7:30 am.
Fires
No camp fires allowed (certain
designated areas excepted).
Small propane grills are
O.K.
No fireworks or firearms
allowed.
Garbage
Please put household
garbage only into plastic
bags and place
in the dumpster provided.
No other
trash accepted.
